Job Openings
Barn Crew Member
Part-time
Must have a current driver’s license
Responsibilities may include:
- Daily care and handling of horses and other livestock
- Feeding and watering animals
- Cleaning stalls, pens, and barn areas
- Assisting with animal restraint and handling when needed
- Monitoring animals for changes in behavior, appetite, or overall condition
- Helping with general barn maintenance and chores
- Working as part of a team to ensure all animals receive excellent care
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and responsible
- Hardworking and self-motivated
- Comfortable working around horses and livestock
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Previous livestock, ranch, or veterinary experience is a plus, but not required
Customer Service Representative
Our Customer Service Representatives are an important part of creating a positive and compassionate experience for our clients and their pets. Ensuring all activities and interactions result in the highest level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming clients and patients in a friendly, professional manner
- Answering phones and assisting clients with questions
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking clients in and out
- Maintaining accurate client and patient information
- Processing payments and assisting with invoices
- Communicating with the veterinary team to help keep appointments and hospital flow running smoothly
- Providing compassionate and professional customer service

Kennel Assistant
Our Kennel Assistants help provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the animals in our care.
Responsibilities may include:
- Feeding and caring for hospitalized and boarding animals
- Cleaning and sanitizing kennels and animal areas
- Walking dogs and providing appropriate exercise and attention
- Monitoring animals and reporting concerns to the veterinary team
- Assisting with patient care as directed by the veterinary staff
- Laundry and general cleaning
- Restocking supplies
- Helping maintain a clean and organized hospital
- Providing compassionate care and handling animals safely
We are looking for someone who:
- Loves animals and enjoys caring for them
- Is self-Motivated & Takes Initiative
- Is dependable and hardworking
- Is comfortable with dogs and cats of various sizes and temperaments
- Can follow directions and work independently
- Has good attention to detail
- Is willing to perform physical tasks, including cleaning, lifting, standing, and walking
- Works well with others and maintains a positive attitude
- Previous animal care or veterinary experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person
